Opperium // About

We don't sell software. We remove the parts of your job that shouldn't require you.

Opperium exists to close the gap between the tools a team already has and the manual work that still happens between them — the exports, the re-typing, the "did anyone follow up on this" Slack messages.

The problem we start from

Most teams don't have a tooling problem. They have a connection problem — a CRM that doesn't tell the spreadsheet, a form that doesn't tell the calendar, a status change that only exists because someone remembered to update it by hand. We're not here to replace what you use. We're here to make it talk.

How we think about it

Four rules we don't break on a project.

These aren't values-page filler — they're the constraints that shape every workflow we design.

01

Automate the handoff, not the judgment

We automate the mechanical steps — routing, logging, notifying, syncing. Decisions that need context stay with the person who has it.

02

If we can't show you the log, we didn't build it right

Every automation writes a readable trail of what fired and why. No black-box scripts nobody on your team can debug at 6pm.

03

Start with the stack you already pay for

Before we recommend a new tool, we check whether the one you're already paying for can do the job. Usually it can.

04

Ship into production, not into a slide deck

A workflow diagram doesn't save anyone time. We build against your real data from week one and adjust as it runs.

How an engagement runs

From "where's the time going" to a working system.

01 / audit

Map where the manual work actually lives

We trace the handoffs between your tools — not the org chart version, the version where someone's actually copying data between two tabs every morning.

02 / design

Design the workflow before touching a tool

We spec out triggers, conditions, and failure paths first, so the automation matches how the work actually needs to happen — including the exceptions.

03 / build

Wire it into what you already run

We build the connections directly in your existing stack, with logging at every step, so it's never a mystery what happened to a given record.

04 / support

Stay on it as your workflow changes

Tools change, teams change, edge cases show up. We monitor what we build and adjust it, instead of handing you a system that quietly breaks in three months.
